Shipping policy

Processing and dispatch

We process orders within 1 business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If a significant processing delay occurs, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

U.S. shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95. Orders of $34.99 or more placed on WannaBeInk.com qualify for free standard U.S. shipping, subject to the offer displayed at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and promotions are displayed at checkout before you pay.

After processing, standard U.S. transit is estimated at 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, and carrier delays can occur.

International shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout. The U.S. free-shipping offer does not apply to international orders. International transit varies by destination and may be affected by customs. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges not collected at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility, where applicable.

Addresses and tracking

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; we cannot guarantee changes after shipment. We will send tracking details when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@wannabeink.com. Include your order number and any helpful photos, and retain packaging while we review the issue. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. You do not need to resolve a carrier claim on your own before contacting us. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
